Responsibilities

- Reach out to potential clients through outbound calling campaigns, introducing our products and services with confidence and clarity.

- Maintain a high level of professionalism using excellent phone etiquette during all customer interactions.

- Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring client satisfaction.

- Manage customer data accurately through data entry and CRM systems, keeping detailed records of interactions and transactions.

- Collaborate with team members to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs, demonstrating strong communication skills.

- Assist in client onboarding processes, explaining product features and benefits clearly to foster long-term relationships.

- Support call center operations by handling high volumes of calls efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.

Requirements

- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly preferred to effectively communicate with diverse customer bases.

- Proven experience in sales, customer support, or call center environments is desirable.

- Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly over the phone and in writing.

- Experience with outbound calling, data entry, and customer service is essential for success in this role.

- Demonstrated analysis skills for understanding customer needs and providing appropriate solutions.

- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately when required, along with strong typing skills for quick data entry.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $58,331.66 per year
