We have an exciting opportunity for an Inside Sales Representative to join our Edson team!

- Provide a strong commitment to customer service while successfully meeting customer requirements and following company guidelines and best practices.

- Develop new prospects and interact with existing customers to increase sales of company products and/or services.

- Field incoming customer orders and inquiries for thermal wellhead and gate valve equipment and service requirements.

- Originate the order process and oversee to completion stage.

- Ensure Purchase Orders and Sales Deliveries are generated for required equipment orders within the ERP system.

- Enter notifications for the Branch into the ERP system.

- Generate stock order requests, transfers and receiving functions.

- Create and design wellhead quotations in a timely manner.

- Request and compile information from Stream-Flo departments and internal customers.

- Collect and organize well information; maintain well files and Field Service records.

- Work in conjunction with other groups and members such as Edmonton Inside Sales and Calgary Sales for quotes and project-based equipment.

- Assist with annual inventory count.

- On call responsibilities.

- Perform other related duties as required.

Preferred candidates will possess a combination of the following qualifications:

- Minimum of a High School Diploma. Related post-secondary/technical diploma is an asset.

- Minimum of 3-5 years of industry experience.

- Self-motivated and able to work independently.

- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

- Excellent communication (oral and written), team, and organizational skills.

- Knowledge of wellhead equipment, drilling and completion operations preferred.

- Familiarity with manufacturing process and Engineering drawings and specifications is an asset.

- High proficiency with Microsoft applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and ERP software such as SAP.

- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and be accurate with a high attention to detail.

- Valid Class 5 driver’s license, non-GDL; must be able to provide a current driver’s abstract.
