We are currently seeking a driven and growth-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team.
This role is ideal for an early-career HR professional who is eager to grow and build a strong foundation across recruitment, HR operations, reporting, and HR systems.
Reporting to the HR Manager, the HR Coordinator plays a key operational role supporting recruitment, employee programs, HRIS administration, and internal HR initiatives.
This position is designed for someone looking to develop into a broader HR Generalist capacity over time.
- Coordinate full-cycle recruitment processes for hourly roles
- Draft and post job advertisements
- Screen applicants and coordinate interviews
- Prepare offer letters and onboarding documentation
- Conduct reference checks and background coordination
- Track and report recruitment metrics
- Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data in Ceridian Dayforce
- Support onboarding and orientation processes
- Assist with benefits administration and payroll updates
- Draft HR communications and documentation
- Support performance management administration
- Generate monthly HR reports and dashboards including hourly short term incentive plans
- Support HRIS modules including recruitment and performance systems
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and administrative efficiency
- Serve as a first point of contact for HR-related inquiries
- Build positive working relationships across departments
- Assist with engagement initiatives and HR projects
- College diploma in Human Resources or related field
- 1–3 years of HR or recruitment experience
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- University degree and/or CHRP designation (or working toward)
- Experience working with HRIS systems such as Dayforce
- Strong Excel or reporting skills
- Demonstrates initiative and takes ownership of tasks
- Proactively advances work while keeping stakeholders informed
- Approachable and confident interacting with employees at all levels
- Comfortable working with HR systems, data, and technology
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Handle confidential information with professionalism
