The HRIS Specialist, being part of the Center of Excellence (CoE) – HR Projects and People Analytics will support, enhance, and optimize our HRIS ecosystem—primarily Workday. In this role, you’ll ensure system performance, deliver insightful reporting, and contribute to process automation and end-user adoption.
As a HRIS Specialist, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Optimize and maintain HRIS functionality, ensuring alignment with end-to-end HR processes.
- Develop and manage dashboards and reports in our HRIS (Workday) to support data-driven decision making.
- Coordinate testing and deployment of new system functionalities and integrations.
- Lead user support initiatives, including training, documentation, and change communication.
- Act as change champion in the roll-out and deployment of new modules
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or HR
- 3 to 5 years prior experience with at least 3 years in working with HR systems – Workday preferred. Knowledge of multiple Workday modules is an asset.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data reporting and systems troubleshooting.
- Collaborative, proactive mindset with excellent self-management skills.
- Sound communicator; English proficiency verbal & writing. Other languages are an asset
- The role is business-facing and requires excellent communication skills; this is prioritized over purely technical depth
