The HR Data Analyst will play a critical role in the implementation of SuccessFactors, leading data transformation and migration activities and supporting the ongoing reporting and analytics needs of HR. This position will be a key member of the HR Technology team, helping to build a robust, automated, and insight-driven HR function.
- Lead the transformation and migration of HR data from legacy systems to SuccessFactors, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
- Develop and execute processes for data mapping, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation during ERP implementation.
- Design, build, and maintain HR dashboards and reports to support business decision‑making, forecasting, and workforce analytics.
- Partner with IT and the HR team to enhance data collection processes and ensure seamless integration across systems.
- Analyze HR data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement and strategic planning.
- Support the automation and enhancement of self‑service reporting capabilities for HR and business leaders.
- Ensure ongoing data governance, quality monitoring, and compliance with HR data policies and standards.
- Train HR team members and end‑users on new data/reporting tools and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within HR Operations.
- Hybrid, travel to office during project include may include 1 week per month to our DE and/or FL location(s).
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.
- Work Experience: Three (3) years' experience in:
- - HR data management, reporting, or analytics
- Working in cross‑functional teams and managing multiple priorities
- Hands‑on experience with HRIS platforms (SuccessFactors, SAP, UKG, Workday, etc.) and data migration projects
- Driver’s License: Regular Driver's License
- Familiarity with predictive analytics and workforce modeling. Demonstrated ability to transform complex HR data into clear, actionable insights that drive business decisions and execution.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Strong understanding of HR processes, data governance, and compliance requirements.
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts for non‑technical audiences and collaborate with a variety of stakeholders.
- Knowledge of data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements in HR (e.g., GDPR, SOX).
