HRIS Business Analyst – Workday(or Specialist HRIS) to support, enhance, and optimize our HRIS ecosystem—primarily Workday. This role is the HR-facing specialist for North America, that works with internal HR stakeholders to understand needs and improve how HR processes run. You’ll ensure system performance, deliver insightful reporting, and contribute to process automation and end-user adoption.
Your Impact in This Role
In the role, your
responsibilitieswill include but are not limited to:
- Manage and maintain data accuracy.
- Optimize and maintain HRIS functionality, ensuring alignment with end-to-end HR processes.
- Manage dashboards and reports in Workday to support data-driven decision making.
- Test configurations for newly deployed functionalities and integrations
- Lead user support initiatives, including training, documentation, and change communication.
- Act as change champion in the roll-out of new modules
What You Bring To The Table
To be
successfulin this role, you have:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Administration or equivalent.
- Experience working with HR systems, with Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Workday administrator
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Collaborative, proactive mindset with good self-management
- Strong communication skills; English verbal & written
- Business-facing orientation prioritized over purely technical depth
- Data-driven, precise and diligent mindset
