Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer, based in Irvine, CA. The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, handling expense reports, coordinating travel arrangements, and overseeing correspondence. Focused on streamlining the CEO’s operations, the role also involves managing sensitive information and ensuring high levels of confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in Executive Administrative Assistance and providing high-level support to senior executives

- Strong skills in Expense Reports and Diary Management to coordinate complex schedules effectively

- Proficiency in a variety of Administrative Assistance tasks such as organizing meetings, managing communications, and ensuring documentation accuracy

- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a detail-oriented approach

- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

- Proficiency in using office software tools and systems

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
