Customer Service / Scale Administrator

ABOUT THE JOB:

- Visually verify inbound/outbound vehicles and material on scale deck, enter weight in computer

- Process payment of customers, verify information is correct and material ticket for corresponding customer and price is correct.

- Answer incoming calls, give directions, handle questions and or direct to appropriate person/area

- Handles clerical functions including entering information, managing and developing reports and filing.

ABOUT YOU:

- Previous Customer Service Experience with the ability to handle both customer and company employees with respect.

- Previous Computer Knowledge

- High School Diploma or equivalent required

- Ability to work Saturday Mornings, required
