Home Services is seeking a dynamic professional to assist with administrative functions both in our service department and install department. This position will require constant contact with our customer base, subcontractors and field operations. In this role you will work in the Home Services Department. This role supports our service field operations along with the install department. This position will be supporting the daily operations of our business through coordination of a variety of internal and external client requests.

- Provide administrative support for the field service and install department.
- Enter and retrieve information using computer systems and applications to update records, obtain information for others and respond to most questions and problems of internal and external clients.
- Matching up weekly electrical paperwork and updating the system for billing.
- Receiving over quotes from the field and following up with customer with estimate.
- Calling the customer to remind them that their maintenance contract has expired.
- Working on dispatch board to schedule appointments.
- Scheduling appointments directly with customers.
- High School diploma or GED.
- One or more years administrative or customer service experience.
- Positive, can-do attitude.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail, exceptional accuracy, ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.

Little to no travel is expected for this position.
This job operates in an office environment. This role routinely uses office equipment such as computers, scanners, copiers, telephones. This position also operates near a warehouse environment, however only trained personally are permitted to access the warehouse environment while observing all safety procedures.
