- Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up on customer requests or promote new services and offers.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using Microsoft Office tools and data entry systems on fuel software.

- Handle cash transactions securely when necessary, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.

- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to build rapport with diverse clients.

- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues efficiently and improve overall customer experience.

Experience

- Previous call center or customer support experience preferred; familiarity with outbound calling is a plus.

- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued for serving diverse client bases.

- Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and data entry accuracy.

- Excellent analysis skills to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions.

- Experience in sales or client services roles that involve upselling or cross-selling is advantageous.

- Knowledge of call center operations, including call handling protocols and phone etiquette.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
