Job Description
Are you a tech-savvy professional with a background in customer service and an eye for finance? This role is a multifaceted position combining front-end customer interaction with financial administration. You will manage the the initial greeting and floor sales to final billing and inventory management—using integrated business systems like Windward System Five and Sage.
- Customer Experience & Sales: Act as the first point of contact by greeting visitors, handling phone inquiries, and providing expert floor sales support.
- Rental Management: Coordinate "Rental In/Out" procedures, including preparing rental contracts and ensuring equipment is ready for pickup or return. Complete Rental billing
- Accounting & Invoicing: Perform monthly invoicing for customers using Windward System Five and Sage. Manage Accounts Receivable (A/R), including tracking payments, reconciling accounts, and resolving billing issues.
- Inventory Control: Conduct monthly inventory counts and update the Windward POS system to ensure accurate stock levels and reporting.
- Cash Handling & POS: Execute daily "Cashout" procedures, including reconciling the cash drawer and settling batches. Process transactions through a Point-of-Sale (POS) system integrated with Converge Payment Gateway for secure credit and debit payments.
- Previous experience in administrative support, customer service, or a related role is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Hands-on experience with Windward System Five and Sage Accounting is essential for managing the integrated sales and ledger modules.
- Familiarity with the Converge Pay portal for processing payments, issuing refunds, and viewing settled batches.
- Strong attention to detail for data entry, filing financial statements, and maintaining organized customer records.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to provide top-tier service to our customers.
