- Maintain accurate master data integrity within internal systems, including customer masters, pricing, escalations, cylinder management, and customer outputs (agreements, purchase orders, etc.).
- Process account setup changes and ensure compliance with customer master protocols and pricing rules.
- Download, upload, and manipulate large data sets using appropriate software to clean, update, and validate records.
- Update and maintain organizational tables in internal systems.
- Interface with Sales, Analytics, Purchasing, and Customer Service teams regarding pricing escalations and account information.
- Develop, compile, and format complex reports to support internal stakeholders and external customer requests.
- Investigate data discrepancies by partnering with cross‑functional teams to conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Provide subject matter expertise and training to Commercial team members.
- Review customer agreements, interpret contractual requirements, and ensure accurate population of the agreement database.
- Support process improvement initiatives, including recommending enhancements to commercial processes.
- Adhere to all SHEQ and corporate policies.
- Participate in additional projects and tasks as assigned by management.
- University or College Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
- 3–5 years of experience in data management roles.
- Bilingual in English and French.
- Advanced skills in Excel, Word and Access, and familiar with SAP.
- Experience supporting commercial or operational functions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving with high attention to detail.
- Creative thinker who can identify opportunities and propose innovative solutions.
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines.
- Effective communicator who collaborates well across all levels and functions.
- Team-oriented with a strong sense of urgency and ability to work under pressure.
