Overview
We’re looking for a bilingual Sales Administrator, fluent in English and Spanish, to support our sales team, handle sales admin tasks, and speak directly with new and existing customers. This role would be a good fit for someone who enjoys talking to customers, staying organized, and following things through to completion. Customer service and/or sales administration experience is necessary.
- Calling existing customers for contract renewals and follow-ups
- Work closely with sales reps to support sales and customer accounts
- Follow up to collect missing utility bills or information needed to complete enrollments
- Assist with customer paperwork, contracts, and account updates
- Assist with sales or deal related data entry into our CRM
- Keep customer notes and records organized and up to date
- Help resolve customer questions or issues by following through until completed
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Comfortable making a high volume of phone calls and speaking with customers
- Clear, professional, and friendly communication skills
- Outgoing and not afraid to pick up the phone
- Organized and able to keep track of follow-ups and details
- Customer service or sales admin experience
- Comfortable with basic computer systems (CRM, email, documents)
- Reliable, responsive, and able to follow things through to completion
