This is a full-time role for a Technical Support Specialist (Bilingual) based remotely or the option to work from our office in Toronto. The role involves providing exceptional technical and customer support to ensure the smooth operation of our EV charging solutions. Daily responsibilities include troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction through prompt resolutions. Additionally, the position requires close collaboration with the engineering and development teams to address system challenges and optimize solutions for clients.
- Experience in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to identify and resolve technical issues effectively
- Experience with a support ticketing system (we use Zoho Desk)
- Strong Analytical Skills and problem-solving abilities for diagnosing complex system errors
- Proven Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills to ensure a positive client experience
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French; excellent communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Familiarity with EV technology, energy systems, or related industries is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
