As Commercial Development Rep, you will connect and collaborate with key business partners on deal terms and structures and contribute to the development of economic analysis of commercial opportunities by suggesting creative ideas and innovative solutions. The ability to cultivate and nurture a network across functions, understand how changes in the market place affect business and influence others to gain support and dedication are keys to success!

Responsibilities/Expectations:
- Identifies and pursues opportunities to expand existing accounts and asset footprints
- Participates in tradeshows/exhibits to promote Williams brand and services
- Supports closure of all new opportunities with existing customers
- Interprets and facilitates implementation of agreements and amendments
- Assists with the negotiation of contract terms for new or modified contracts
- Other duties as assigned
- Required: Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, finance, economics or relevant field and minimum seven (7) years’ commercial experience
- Preferred: MBA
- Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to understand contract details and resulting business impacts
- Demonstrates understanding of energy market fundamentals and economics, including commodity pricing, basin market fundamentals and competitor strategies and actions
- Knowledge of all components of a deal structure, including risks and deal value
- Previous commercial experience with proficiency in economics, marketing practices and contracting
- Understanding of the energy industry
, Assists in negotiating new or modifying existing contracts and/or other related agreements for the sale of oil and gas products. Usually has some discretion (within guidelines received from Manager) regarding acceptable contract provisions. Assists Senior/Leads in major contract and agreement research and negotiations. Develops new contacts and monitors prices of other sales.
