We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Billing & Credit Specialist to support our finance and operations teams. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate project billing and supporting the launch of dealer credit processes.
· Prepare and issue accurate customer invoices based on project milestones and contract terms
· Manage progress billing, retainage, change orders, and final billing
· Partner with project managers and accounting to ensure billing accuracy
· Track billing schedules and follow up on outstanding items
· Respond to customer billing inquiries and provide documentation
· Support implementation of credit processes for new dealer business
· Assist with credit applications, references, and financial reviews
· Monitor customer payment performance and credit limits
· Monitor A/R aging and follow-up on past due accounts to support timely collection
· Minimum 2 years of construction industry billing experience
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems
· Strong communication and ability to work cross-functionally
