Assistant Operations Manager

STAT Waste Stream Services is looking for a detail-oriented, technically skilled Assistant Operations Manager to help drive our field operations forward. If you have experience managing multiple repair or installation jobs, reviewing estimates, and coordinating with subcontractors — this role is for you.

You’ll work closely with leadership and field teams to keep projects moving, evaluate scopes of work, and ensure estimates and proposals align with real-world job demands.

What You’ll Do:

- Oversee and support multiple active jobs

- Review job scopes, estimates, and subcontractor proposals

- Evaluate sites to assist with planning and execution

- Help maintain scheduling, documentation, and operational flow

What We’re Looking For:

- 5+ years of experience in technical or industrial environments

- Strong understanding of equipment repair, piping, welding, and fabrication

- Excellent organizational and communication skills

- Proficient with Microsoft Office and project tracking tools

Bonus Points: Field estimating or job coordination experience
