The Impact You’ll Make

- Financial Accuracy: Own the full-cycle AP/AR process, from coding invoices to posting receivables and making bank deposits.

- Inventory Mastery: Track our daily production, reconcile goods inventory, and manage purchase orders to ensure our crew has what they need to build.

- The People Piece: Lead the charge on employee onboarding, managing HR documentation, and ensuring payroll is seamless and confidential.

- Operational Support: Support management across our Missoula and Bozeman sites, keeping the "gears" of the business greased through MDOT management and credit card auditing.

Pay: $27.00 - $32.00 per hour
