Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Retail Appointment Setter role located in Clermont, FL. (or whichever store we're in most convenient to you and the company) this role involves engaging with customers to schedule appointments in Lowes and Home Depot, generating leads, and providing excellent customer service. The Retail Appointment Setter will play a critical role in attracting and setting up potential clients for solar consultations to drive the growth of the sales division.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Setting Appointments and Appointment Scheduling

- Experience in Customer Service or a Sales Related Role

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment

- Motivated, professional, and collaborative team player

- Willingness to learn a script

- Willingness to work a 1099
