Solar Appointment Setter: Uncapped Commission

Viral Solar, is an Authorized SunVena Dealer seeking Energy Consultants (Both Setters & Closers) to join our award winning team. The demand for solar is exploding as homeowners rush to save money trying to avoid the record inflation rates we are currently experiencing. We are looking for driven sales professionals and opportunists who want to take advantage of the solar boom and help provide renewable energy solutions to homeowners in the rapidly growing Florida market.

Compensation:

-Appointment setters can earn between $5,000-$25,000 per month.

-Energy Consultants (Closers) can earn between $8,000-$45,000 per month

-Top producers will have the ability to apply for our Managerial Program in which Viral Solar will train you to build and manage your own sales team with additional compensations, overrides and benefits.

Responsibilities:

As a Canvasser/Appointment Setter, you will:

- Go door to door in a designated territory to set appointments with homeowners for an in-house solar consultation.

As an Energy Consultant/Closer, you will:

- Manage a designated territory to generate leads and provide in-home sales presentations.

- Provide homeowners with personalized energy consultations, helping them find cheaper solutions to fit their energy needs.

- Receive invaluable ongoing training and mentorship.

- Gain access to our award winning sales platform and CRM.

- Become a solar energy expert.

Requirements:

- Previous door to door experience

- Previous sales experience (1-2 Years Recommended)

- Great communication skills.

- Bi-Lingual (English and Espanol) is a plus but not required.

- Your own form of transportation.
