- This position starts at $20/hour + $250 per appointment sale. Our team is expanding with 100s of Arizona homeowners inquiring about the benefits of going solar.
- OTE: $65k-75k$
- Engage with potential customers through outbound calling, warm calling, and telemarketing techniques to generate interest in solar energy solutions
- Qualify leads by understanding customer needs, explaining product benefits, and assessing their suitability for solar installation
- Schedule appointments for the sales team with interested prospects, ensuring all details are accurately recorded in CRM software such as Salesforce
- Utilize business development skills to build rapport and foster trust with prospective clients over the phone
- Collaborate with marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and improve lead quality
- Maintain detailed records of interactions, follow-up actions, and appointment schedules within CRM systems
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills to clearly explain technical aspects of solar technology and address customer questions
- Proven experience in B2C sales, telemarketing, or inside sales roles, preferably within technology or renewable energy sectors
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to handle objections confidently and professionally
- Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer interactions and sales pipelines
- Knowledge of technical sales concepts related to solar energy or technology products is a plus
- Exceptional communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with a customer service-oriented approach
- Experience in outbound calling campaigns and marketing outreach strategies is highly desirable
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a motivated, energetic attitude that drives results
