Home Services Sales Specialist | In-Home Appointments Provided

Nova NRG is growing and looking to add experienced in-home sales specialists to our South Florida team.

This role is for salespeople who take pride in their process. Homeowners are pre-qualified and expecting the visit. Your job is to guide the conversation professionally, follow up when needed, and close deals cleanly.

We’re not looking for beginners or people trying to “learn sales.” This is a production role for people who already know how to perform in the home.

Responsibilities

- Attend scheduled in-home appointments

- Deliver clear, value-focused presentations

- Manage follow-up until the deal is complete

- Maintain accurate updates on appointment outcomes

Ideal background

- Solar, roofing, HVAC, or home improvement sales

- Comfortable working independently

- Strong organization and follow-through

Performance & earnings

- Consistent performers earn $15,000–$20,000 per month.

- High-output closers exceed $25,000.
