The Administrative Assistant provides operational and administrative support focused on OpenTicket confirmations to ensure accurate and timely verification of service tickets. This role supports the production operations team by reviewing ticket data, coordinating with internal stakeholders and vendors, and maintaining accurate records.
- Perform daily administrative support tasks related to production operations and service ticket processing.
- Serve as a point of contact for ticket-related inquiries from internal teams and vendors.
- Maintain organized records, files, and tracking logs related to OpenTicket activity.
- Review, confirm, and validate OpenTickets for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company standards.
- Verify ticket details including service dates, times, services performed, rates, and supporting documentation.
- Identify discrepancies and work with field personnel, vendors, and operations teams to resolve issues.
- Ensure OpenTickets are confirmed and processed within required timelines.
- Track ticket status and follow up on outstanding or rejected tickets.
- Update internal systems, spreadsheets, or databases to reflect accurate ticket information.
- Support audit readiness by ensuring documentation is complete and properly maintained.- 2+ years Oil and Gas administrative experience required.
- Experience with OpenTicket required.
- Familiarity with vendor coordination, ticket validation, or billing support processes.
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must be able to meet all conditional job offer requirements including background check and drug test.
