Job Summary
Chief of Staff KC is seeking detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant for a trusted client of ours within the Kansas City Metropolitan area. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and proficiency in various office software.
- Operate multi-line phone systems to handle calls efficiently and direct them to the appropriate personnel
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and maintain organized filing systems for easy access to information
- Provide administrative support including calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
- Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for document preparation, correspondence, and presentations
- Offer exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing inquiries promptly and effectively
- Maintain office supplies inventory and order supplies as needed
- Collaborate with team members on various projects to enhance office efficiency
- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role or similar position is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace is essential
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with clerical duties such as filing, typing, and data entry is required
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on providing a positive experience for clients
