MTM is seeking a motivated, results-oriented Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our Finance team. This role plays a critical part in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our accounts receivable processes. Responsibilities include reviewing account activity, resolving discrepancies, ensuring accurate and timely billing, and driving efficient payment collection. The ideal candidate will also serve as a key liaison to customers, building and maintaining strong, professional relationships.
- Generating and sending invoices
- Operate individual customer portals for invoicing purposes
- Following up on, collecting, and allocating payments
- Monitoring customer accounts for nonpayment, delayed payments, and discrepancies
- Resolving customer inquiries
- Send out weekly customer statements and update accounting on customer responses back
- Update customer AR email lists and customer information in ERP system as necessary
- Provide detailed analytics for decision making to business units regarding customer payment behavior
- Performing account reconciliations
- Tracking and reconciling customer surcharges
- Entry and tracking of RMAs
- ACH payment creations
- Associate’s Degree in Business Administration
- 5 years Manufacturing experience.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and look up functions
