This team member plays a critical role in supporting Better Earth’s sales and customer engagement efforts by managing the lifecycle of product samples. This individual is responsible for coordinating and fulfilling sample requests from customers and internal stakeholders, maintaining inventory of samples, and ensuring timely and accurate shipping.
- Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external sample requests
- Track and prioritize incoming sample requests to ensure prompt response and shipment
- Create shipping labels and process shipments via Better Earth’s shipping systems
- Communicate shipment details and tracking information to customers and internal teams
- Maintain accurate inventory of all samples and restock as needed
- Organize and maintain the sample room to ensure quick and easy access to materials
- Conduct regular counts and audits to track sample availability
- Ensure all samples are properly labeled, stored, and tracked in the system
- Assist the print operations team by inspecting printed products for quality standards
- Support boxing, sealing, labeling, palletizing, and preparing shipments for dispatch
- Pick and pack customer orders when needed to support warehouse demands
- Follow all safety, quality, and compliance procedures while on the warehouse floor
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, warehouse, or logistics role
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer applications
- Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
- Able to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Flexible and willing to assist across departments as needed
- Experience with shipping platforms (e.g., FedEx, UPS)
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems
- Background in print or packaging environments is a plus
