AES Drilling Fluids is seeking a Warehouse Worker in Kermit, TX. Hourly starting pay $26.75 plus overtime + bonuses

WORK LOCATION: KERMIT, TX

Responsibilities

- Ensure that products and materials are safely conveyed to or from storage areas or worksites by appropriate methods (e.g., hand, forklift, etc.).

- Safely load and unload materials and products from trucks.

- Accurately count and monitor products to ensure proper credit and delivery.

- Ensure all materials are properly shrink-wrapped for safe transport and storage.

- Contribute to team effort by maintaining ongoing communications with warehouse office, management, and fellow personnel.

- Maintain a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, loading/unloading area, and workstations neat, maintaining a clean shipping supply area, and complying with all Company procedures, rules, and regulations.

- Ability to drive to AES customer locations to deliver small pickup loads, air compressors, pumps, engineering equipment, etc.

- Perform all other duties as assigned by the Warehouse and/or Assistant Warehouse Manager.

Requirements:

- High school diploma or GED preferred.

- 2 years of Warehouse experience (oilfield related) is a plus.

- Experience with inventory counts and rotations is a plus.

- Forklift operator certification or experience is required.

- Ability to pass a pre-employment criminal background, physical fitness test and drug screen.

WORKING CONDITIONS

- Will work in a warehouse and plant open air environment, with regular exposure to drilling fluids products, (including crude oils, gases, acids, and other oilfield chemicals), occasionally, in confined spaces, and to heat, humidity, inclement weather, and noise.

- Willingness to work additional hours during the week and/or weekend.

- Overtime and flexibility is required to meet deadlines.
