Position: Warehouse Worker – Duluth, MN

What You’ll Do

- Operate forklifts and heavy equipment safely to keep materials moving

- Manage inventory and keep stock levels accurate

- Pick, pack, and label orders with precision for on-time delivery

- Load and unload trucks efficiently

- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant

- Work closely with your team to meet deadlines and exceed expectations

- Assist with inventory audits and process improvements

What We’re Looking For

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred

- Experience in warehouse operations (bonus if you’ve worked with industrial equipment)

- Valid forklift certification preferred

- The ability to get a health card preferred

- Knowledge of inventory systems and OSHA safety standards

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Team player with a positive attitude

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
