We are currently looking for a reliable and experienced Warehouse Attendant Team Lead to join our team. This position plays a key role in supporting the Logistics Manager in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the warehouse, supporting the team and maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and shipping products

- Assign work to warehouse staff and provide guidance to ensure productivity and accuracy

- Monitor inventory levels; assist with cycle counts and stock reconciliation

- Enforce compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies

- Proficient in operation of reach trucks and other material handling equipment

- Responsible for scheduling routine maintenance of warehouse equipment

- Responsible for the overall appearance of the warehouse. Ensure that all areas are clean and that all product is put away before the end of the workday

- Assist in onboarding and training new team members

What you bring

- 2-3 years experience working in a warehouse

- Must be legally certified to drive a Crown and Raymond forklift

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong leadership, organization and problem-solving skills

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines

- Must be able to lift or move a minimum weight of 50 pounds

- Team Leader experience is an asset

- Familiarity with SAP and basic computer skills is an asset

Salary Range

- $25 - $30 / hour
