About This Job

The Senior Account Manager serves as the primary business contact for customers, promoting the company and its services while ensuring client goals and satisfaction are met. This role builds and maintains strategic relationships to drive both new and repeat business opportunities.

Detailed Description:* Present and sell oilfield products and services to current and prospective clients.

•

Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and expected outreach.

•

Communicate new product developments and client feedback to appropriate departments.

•

Develop presentations, proposals, and sales agreements.

•

Follow up on leads and referrals resulting from field activity.

•

Maintain and update sales materials and product knowledge.

•

Prepare status reports on activity, closures, follow-ups, and progress toward goals.

•

Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly, ensuring appropriate follow-up.

•

Retain accounts by fostering strong relationships with key decision-makers.

•

Provide training and consultative services to ensure client proficiency with services.

•

Manage, support, and service assigned strategic customer accounts.

•

Participate in marketing activities such as seminars, trade shows, and events.

•

Support marketing plan implementation as needed.

Perform account servicing functions, including invoice resolution and receivables collection.

Job Requirements:* Strong report writing, analytical, and project management capabilities.

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

•

Ability to lead projects independently and collaborate within a team.

•

Organized, with an ability to create and maintain accurate documentation.

•

Skilled in performance reporting and tailoring communication to different stakeholders.

•

Proven ability to identify and convert business opportunities.

Experience managing client relationships and exceeding customer service expectations.

Minimum Qualifications:* Bachelor’s Degree required.

Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.

Additional Details:

This is a salaried, exempt position classified under WC Code 8810 and EEO Code for First/Mid-Level Officials and Managers. The role requires occasional travel (up to 20%) and is generally performed in a sedentary office environment. Telework is not available for this position. The individual must be proficient in English to communicate safety and operational information effectively.
