Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic, self-driven and motivated Account Manager to manage current accounts and grow our existing client base, while also identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. The company is looking to grow and expand therefore pursuing new business is crucial to the role. This role will entail building strong client relationships, promoting our exceptional line of products and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities/Duties:
•Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential clients.
•Pursue new business opportunities while managing an established book of business.
•Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities to increase revenue and market share.
•Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely support and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
•Understand client needs and develop customized solutions to drive business growth.
•Work closely with the Vice President of Sales to ensure best sales practices, customer retention and customer satisfaction.
•Negotiate contracts and manage clients to ensure profitability.
•Monitor client satisfaction, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
•Achieve and exceed sales targets while managing a balanced and profitable portfolio.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
•Natural passion for sales
•1-3 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in a B2B environment.
•Strong ability to connect with customers, build rapport and maintain relationships with clients.
•Experience in strategic sales and closing, particularly in a consultative approach.
•Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and targets.
•Excellent communication skills and telephone etiquette
•Familiarity with sales ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field preferred, or equivalent work experience.
•Experience in the lifting, rigging, or similar industrial sectors is a plus.
•Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

•On-Target Earnings (OTE): $90k-$120k
