Compensation Competitive salary, plus a healthy performance and retention-based incentive program. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. From the Ground Up will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold. Expected Compensation is in the range of $50,000 to $75,000.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Account Manager will oversee commercial client relationships and ensure timely, high-quality delivery of services across lawn care, landscaping, and snow removal.
This role blends client-facing communication with hands-on operational oversight and revenue growth responsibility.
2+ years of experience in account management, customer service, or sales (landscaping, lawn care, or facilities services preferred)*
