Victory Awning, a leading provider of custom awnings and outdoor shade solutions, is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Account Manager to join our growing team. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for managing office administration, supporting construction project coordination, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and organization. · Office Administration: Provide general administrative support including document preparation, mail handling, and supply inventory management.
· Client Communication: Manage incoming calls and serve as a professional first point of contact for clients, vendors, and visitors.
· CRM Management: Enter and update customer and vendor information in the CRM system with accuracy and attention to detail.
· Job Planning Support: Assist in reviewing, planning, and organizing newly awarded projects to ensure a smooth transition from sale to execution.
· Estimating & Takeoffs: Review construction plans, perform takeoffs, and assist in preparing accurate preliminary pricing and estimates.
· Project Coordination: Support the management of project timelines from start to finish, ensuring deadlines and client expectations are met.
· Submittals & Documentation: Manage submittals, shop drawings, product literature, and all required project documentation (insurance, lien waivers, tax forms, etc.).
· Material Coordination: Coordinate deliveries and installations with clients and vendors to meet construction schedules.
· Special Projects: Assist the Executive Team with special assignments and company initiatives.
· Knowledge of computers and relevant software applications
· Experience in construction, building products, or related industries preferred.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and CRM/project tracking software.
· Ability to read construction plans and perform basic takeoffs is a plus.
· Strong Communication: Articulate and professional written and verbal communication skills.
· Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in data entry, documentation, and project tracking.
· Organizational Skills: Strong planning and time management abilities with the capability to multitask and meet deadlines.
· Reliability: Dependable, punctual, and consistent in work performance.
· Calm Under Pressure: Able to maintain composure and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
