Description:
The fundamental purpose of this position is to lead sales and business development, covering the full suite of delta360’s offerings, rooted in lubricants and fuels, and related services, across the greater Midland Odessa market.
Knowledge of lubricants preferred, industrial & energy experience a plus. Salary + uncapped commission + vehicle allowance + additional benefits.
Responsibilities
•Make customer visits regularly and manage customer accounts on an ongoing basis
•Develop and manage customer relationships for assigned regions to gain strategic positioning with decision makers, retain existing revenue and attain additional business
•Operate in accordance with company policy and procedures
•Learn/Operate/Maintain CRM (Salesforce) with comfort and clarity
•Responsible for reaching out to potential new customers and growing in the local regions.
•Follow-up on customer quotations
•Review monthly budgets and expenses with the supervisor to meet company goals
•Represent the company at trade shows and industry groups
Requirements:
•Lubricant knowledge preferred
•Exceptional customer service skills
•Exceptional listening skills
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Proficiency in email as well as other basic computer use skills
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
•Comfortable in learning new computer applications
•Knowledge of common business practices relating to the purchase, pricing, terms, shipment, taxes, and payment for products and services
•Ability to learn and retain product specific information and utilize to position the features and benefits to the customer
•Self-motivated and results-oriented, competitive with strong organizational and interpersonal skills and a proven successful sales record
Travel: REQUIRED – Travel within the sales area-other travel may be required
