Pacific Coast Generation is a fully integrated solar and battery company serving Southern California. We handle design, permitting, installation, and service in-house, allowing our sales partners to focus on what they do best — selling.
We are expanding our sales organization and seeking experienced solar sales reps and established sales dealers for D2D, B2B lead generation, and in-home closing roles. This opportunity is ideal for proven closers and dealer teams looking for strong operational support, fast installs, and access to all major financing options.
This is not an entry-level role and not a mass-recruiting program. We are selective by design and focused on long-term partnerships.
- Generate qualified solar leads through D2D, B2B, referrals, and self-generated channels
- Conduct in-home or virtual solar consultations and close deals
- Present customized solar and battery solutions to homeowners and businesses
- Confidently explain PPA, loan, prepaid PPA, and cash options
- Maintain accurate customer and project documentation
- Work directly with internal design, permitting, and operations teams
- Follow all compliance, ethical sales, and consumer protection standards
- Represent Pacific Coast Generation professionally in the field
- Manage and deploy their own sales teams
- Submit qualified projects under a dealer partnership structure
- Work directly with ownership and operations for scaling volume
- Active HIS (Home Improvement Salesperson) license – REQUIRED
- Proven experience in solar sales (D2D, B2B, or in-home closing)
- Demonstrated closing ability with recent production
- Comfortable generating your own leads
- Experience selling PPAs, loans, prepaid PPAs, and/or cash deals
- Available full-time (30+ hours per week)- Reliable transportation and smartphone/tablet
- Self-motivated, professional, and performance-driven
- Authorized to work in the United States
