Job Overview

- Pricing, estimates, and ordering parts.
- Schedule Service Technicians to install.
- Data entry in Cargas Software for accurate billing.
- Answer phones and problem solve to address customer needs.
- Communicate with supply houses to locate parts.
- Complete and submit warranty documents.
- Run reports to ensure follow-up and sales leads.
- Previous experience working in the heating and cooling industry.
- Knowledge of parts and equipment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.
- Experience with MS Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word required.
- Commitment to customer satisfaction, including timely issue resolution and proactive customer outreach.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team while managing time effectively.
