Operations Support Coordinator

The Coordinator provides administrative support for multiple product lines, which includes issuing purchasing requests, D365 payroll data entry, revenue tracking, activity tracking system maintenance and other various ad-hoc tasks.

- Prepare purchase orders (POs) as requested by Operations management, coordinate new vendor setups and changes. Includes communicating with vendors to support closing PO’s in a timely manner.

- Ensure accurate and timely entry of employee hours and operational data into the D365 system.

- Maintain and update revenue tracking systems.

- Prepare field tickets and submit for invoicing, as needed.

- Coordinate with operations, finance, billing, supply chain as needed to complete assigned tasks.

- Assumes other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as required to support NDS product lines.
