Job Overview:

Reporting to the Senior Security Coordinator, and upward to the MDR Site Security Lead (SSL) and Deputy Site Security Lead (DSSL), the incumbent will be responsible for providing security coordination/administrative support to the MDR Security Management Team for the project. This role primarily involves administrative tasks including coordination with other subcontractors on site. Responsibilities also include supporting mobilization and training for new hires, ID/badging duties, scheduling water taxis and water taxi manifests for the Project, and booking Floatel rooms for employees and some company subcontractors for the project.

Salary Range:

$96,129 - $122,638. The range provided is for contracted hours only for supporting the project. In addition, McDermott offers a competitive total rewards package, including project up-lift and bonuses.


Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

- Monitor the Security and the Floatel Booking group mailboxes and act on email requests

- Learn and become familiar with the Genetec software for the Project ID/Badging system

- Administrative duties related the Project ID/Badging database

- Process Mobilization Request forms from subcontractors and prepare personnel profiles within the Project ID database

- Prepare daily lists of New Hires mobilizing to site and distribute to guards at access points

- Take/upload ID photos into the personnel files on the database

- Print and distribute Project ID badges

- Prepare daily, weekly, and/or monthly ID/Badging statistics

- Process subcontractor Demobilization forms and deactivate ID badges in the system, including marking banned individuals as ‘Denied Access’

- Process Mobilization email requests

- Create individual file folders for all new hires on the Security OneDrive and verify that mobilization requirements are met, ensuring certificates are stored in proper folders

- Correlate this information on the ID System database

- Process Demobilization emails

- Move individual file folder to the Demob folder within the OneDrive

- Correlate with the ID database and badging system

- Process and review Visit/Short Duration Work Request forms as required

- Prepare Daily Visitor Lists and distribute to guards at all access points

- Monitor Visitor ID cards in the ID database

- Process and review Camera Pass Requests as required.

- Scanning and saving copies of all Camera Pass Requests and Site Photography agreements

- Maintaining the Master List of persons authorized to take photos/video

- Issuing Camera Pass stickers

- Process Vehicle Pass Request forms as required

- Scanning and saving Vehicle pass requests, insurance and registration information in individual folders for each vehicle

- Maintaining the Master List of light vehicles approved for site

- Preparing, printing and distributing Regular Vehicle Passes for all approved light vehicles

- Assist in maintaining the Project Denied Access List and ensure it synchronizes with the ID/Badging database

- Collect daily stats from the guard force and other security entities and preparing daily, weekly, and/or monthly statistical reports as required

- Provide new hires with MDR Orientation and Cultural Awareness training dates, and coordinate and directly facilitate these training sessions on site

- Connect directly with MDR new hires to collect required Mobilization documents

- Assist with creating water taxi schedules for the Project, and create water taxi manifests

- Learn and utilize the Nomadis room booking system in use for the two Floatels

- Create new profiles in Nomadis for new hires coming to site for the first time

- Make room bookings in the Nomadis system for MDR and other workers


Essential Qualifications and Education:

- Strong administrative skills and experience working with badging and mobilization of employees

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)

- Proficient in Excel Experience

- Willing and able to work a rotation in a remote, camp style environment for the shift

- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills

- High degree of discretion and professionalism
