We help homeowners get out of bad solar contracts — and we're growing fast. We're hiring a Sales Manager to lead a door-to-door team that identifies homeowners trapped in unfavorable solar agreements and sets them up with our specialists to evaluate their options.
Work close to home. This role is based in your local market — no travel required. You'll build, coach, and run your team in the same area where you live.
This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll lead from the front, set the standard in the field, and be accountable for your team's weekly output. If you've succeeded in D2D and you're ready to run a team without leaving your home market, we want to talk to you.
- Recruit, train, and manage a local team of door-to-door sales reps
- Lead from the front — coach your reps in the field and set the example
- Drive your team to hit a combined quota of 20 set appointments per week
- Identify homeowners with existing solar contracts and educate them on their options for exiting predatory or underperforming agreements
- Track team activity, pipeline, and performance in our CRM
- Represent the company professionally in every interaction
- Minimum 2 years of door-to-door sales experience (required — no exceptions)
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quotas in a field sales role
- Leadership experience — recruiting, training, or managing reps is a strong plus
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly with homeowners and reps alike
- Self-starter who can run a team without daily oversight
- Comfortable working a full schedule outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
