Door-to-Door Solar Sales Representative

Ash Marketing LLC is hiring motivated and professional Door-to-Door Solar Sales Representatives throughout the state of Illinois. Our team works with Illinois Community Solar programs serving customers in both Ameren Illinois and Commonwealth Edison (ComEd) utility territories.

Community Solar allows homeowners and renters to save money on their electricity bills without installing solar panels, making it one of the easiest energy programs to sell.

We are looking for driven sales professionals who are comfortable working in the field, speaking with homeowners and businesses, and closing enrollments. Previous door-to-door or community solar experience is strongly preferred, but we will train the right candidates.

This position offers high earning potential for motivated salespeople and the opportunity to grow into leadership roles as our sales teams expand.

Responsibilities

- Conduct door-to-door sales presentations to homeowners and small businesses

- Educate customers about Illinois Community Solar programs

- Enroll qualified customers into approved solar programs

- Work assigned territories in Ameren Illinois and ComEd service areas

- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude in the field

- Track leads and enrollments through our sales system

- Attend team meetings and training sessions

- Represent Ash Marketing LLC professionally within local communities

Qualifications

- Previous door-to-door sales experience preferred

- Community Solar sales experience is a major plus

- Strong communication and people skills

- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently

- Reliable transportation

- Professional appearance and positive attitude

- Ability to walk neighborhoods and speak with homeowners daily

- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
