In this role you will be responsible for developing the sales network for our HQ (Union Steel Holdings - SG) diverse business portfolio into South-East Asia (SEA) markets. Our current key focus will be on our marine and offshore products line for Malaysia market.
- Responsible for the sales for our marine and offshore products.
- Develop regional sales and project strategies, advising Management on applicable models.
- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities and project pipelines across regional markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry players—clients, consultants, contractors, and government bodies.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to after-sales support, ensuring excellent client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, logistics, procurement) to ensure timely and effective project delivery.
- Monitor project milestones, budgets, and performance metrics to meet sales targets and KPIs.
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 1 to 3 years of relevant working experience in the related industry (Applicable only to Executive)
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience in the related industry (Applicable only to Managerial)
- Familiar with business in South-East Asia (SEA) and Malaysia market;
- Have contacts with Malaysia shipyard or ship-owner;
- Have good knowledge and experience in Marine or offshore projects;
