These are company-generated leads coming from multiple marketing channels and we need a leader who knows how to turn opportunity into closed deals, consistently.

- Lead and manage a team of in-house residential solar sales professionals
- Work daily with company-generated leads
- Coach reps on:
- In-home and virtual consultations
- Closing strategies
- Financing options and product positioning
- Oversee and collaborate closely with the marketing and business development team
- Drive performance through daily, weekly, and monthly reporting
- Track KPIs including:
- Lead conversion rates
- Close rates
- Average system size
- Revenue and margin performance
- Train and mentor sales reps on best practices, compliance, and customer experience
- Ensure accurate handoff from sales to operations for smooth project execution
This role requires real residential solar experience, not theory.
- Residential solar system design fundamentals
- Cash, loan, lease, and PPA structures
- Explaining ROI, savings, and utility offset clearly to homeowners
- Financing platforms including:
- Sungage
- Concert
- GoodLeap
- PACEIf you’ve sold solar, managed solar teams, and know how deals actually get funded and installed—this will feel like home.
- 5+ years of residential solar sales experience
- Prior experience managing or leading a sales team
- Strong understanding of:
- Solar proposals and pricing
- Financing approvals and stipulations
- Customer objections and real-world closing
- Data-driven mindset (you respect numbers, not excuses)
- Professional, ethical, and team-first leadership style
- Strong communication and organizational skills- Base salary + performance-based commission bonuses
