Recruiterto join our Talent Acquisition team! In this pivotal role, you will be sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the organization’s staffing needs. As a Recruiter, you will demonstrate an understanding of the company's strategic objectives and align the recruitment processes accordingly. You will conduct interviews, manage candidate assessments, and facilitate the hiring process from start to finish. A successful Recruiter will not only be skilled in identifying qualified candidates but also in promoting our employer brand to create a compelling candidate experience. What You'll Do
- Initiate recruiting efforts and execute the recruiting strategies for assigned openings, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers
- Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit within the company
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide expert guidance
- Create and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring processes and outcomes
- Evaluate the effectiveness of recruiting efforts and recommend and implement process enhancements as well as alternate recruiting strategies when necessary
- Work with the team in developing marketing strategy and employer branding efforts
- Stay current on the company’s organization structure, personnel policy, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices
- Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources or related field; equivalent experience will also be considered
- Proven experience as a Recruiter or similar HR role in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of different recruitment techniques and platforms
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate with diverse teams
- Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases, preferably UKG
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Team player with a positive attitude, strong sense of professionalism and work ethic
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Customer service oriented with ability to support all levels of management and collaborate to solve problems
- Possess a high sense of urgency and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and additional software programs
