Seeking a full-cycle Human Resources Recruiter with a strong focus on marketing, communications, and corporate functions. The ideal candidate will have in-house recruiting experience (agency experience within ad/marketing firms is acceptable), strong cross-functional navigation skills, and the ability to work independently without a dedicated sourcer or researcher. This role also requires flexibility to support adjacent areas such as legal or HR/compensation if needed.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for specialized marketing roles, including coordinators and smaller team leads.
- Source and attract candidates across marketing, communications, global affairs, and other corporate functions.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders in a dynamic, growth-focused environment.
- Ramp up quickly to manage a specialized requisition load (approximately 10 roles at a time).
- Ensure candidates align with business needs and company culture.
- Utilize Workday and other systems to track progress and provide updates.
- Experience:
10+ years preferred; full-cycle recruiting experience required.- Industry Background:
In-house experience within entertainment, media, tech, or advertising environments strongly preferred.
- Skills:
Self-sufficient, tech-savvy, strong stakeholder management, and able to ramp quickly in a fast-paced setting.
- Flexibility:
Comfortable supporting a range of marketing roles and occasionally other corporate functions.
