ECM Energy Services is a growing provider of traffic control, utility, and energy-related services across multiple states. With four locations and a high-volume field workforce, we are committed to building reliable teams that support safe, efficient operations for our clients and communities.
ECM Energy Services is seeking an experienced and motivated Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting across multiple locations and states. This role will focus heavily on high-volume hiring for field and traffic control positions while partnering closely with operations, safety, and HR to meet workforce demands.
The ideal candidate is organized, results-driven, and comfortable recruiting in competitive and rural labor markets.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried positions, with a primary focus on traffic control and field operations
- Source candidates through job boards, referrals, social media, and community outreach
- Screen applicants, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate hiring manager interviews
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Partner with operations leaders to understand staffing needs, turnover trends, and hiring priorities
- Manage applicant tracking and onboarding tasks through ADP and other recruiting systems
- Support pre-employment screening processes, including background checks and drug testing
- Track recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, hiring volume, and turnover trends
- Assist with employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives
- Ensure all recruiting practices comply with applicable employment laws and company policies- 2+ years of recruiting experience (high-volume or field-based recruiting preferred)
- Experience recruiting across multiple locations or states strongly preferred
- Familiarity with hourly workforce recruiting, especially construction, traffic control, or utility industries
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency with ATS systems (ADP Workforce Now preferred)
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to branch locations as needed
