Job Summary
We are seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for all visitors and callers at our client's facility. This role plays a key part in maintaining daily office operations, supporting team members, and upholding a positive and professional work environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a multitasking setting.
Job Description
•Greet and assist all visitors in a friendly and professional manner
•Answer, screen, and route incoming telephone calls to the appropriate personnel
•Provide general administrative support across departments
•Maintain office cleanliness and organization, including restocking supplies and managing breakroom facilities
•Coordinate and book travel arrangements and prepare related expense reports
•Schedule, organize, and support meetings, appointments, and planned office lunches
•Act as the liaison with the property manager, vendors, and building services
•Reconcile and submit accurate expense reports in a timely manner
•Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
•Schedule and maintain conference room calendars
•Maintain records, generate reports, and manage document filing
•Support supply inventory and procurement processes
Skills Required
•Minimum of 2 years of relevant administrative or receptionist experience
•Valid Driver’s License required
•Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Professional phone etiquette and exceptional customer service skills
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
•High attention to detail and accuracy
•Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment
•Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization
Education/Training/Certifications
•A minimum of a high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is required.
