Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Receptionist to join our team at PAL-CON, Ltd. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, playing a crucial role in maintaining our professional image while providing excellent customer support. Your contributions will be vital to our mission of delivering outstanding service.
Responsibilities:
•
Answering and Managing Phone Calls: Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls and providing information to callers.
•
Maintaining the Reception Area: Ensuring the reception area is tidy, organized, and presentable with necessary materials and supplies readily available.
•
Handling Mail and Correspondences: Sorting and distributing mail as well as managing incoming and outgoing mail.
•
Providing Information: Providing general information to visitors and callers.
Additional Duties:
•
Clerical Tasks: Performing various clerical tasks, such as filing, copying, and data entry.
•
Office Supply Management: Ordering supplies and special requests as well as maintaining office equipment.
•
Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service to both internal and external clients.
•
Data Entry: Entering and updating information into computer systems as required.
•
Manage Visitors: Managing visitor sign-in log and confidentiality agreements in addition to managing sing-in/out and distributing visitor PPE.
Requirements:
•
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
•
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
•
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
•
Proficiency in office software (MS Office Suite is preferred).
•
A customer-oriented attitude with a commitment to providing excellent service.
Candidate must be reliable and able to commute to work M-Th
