- Digital Tools & Project Systems
- Maintain and update project documentation in SharePoint and PLM.
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) for reporting and communication.
- Identify and leverage Microsoft 365 capabilities to improve efficiency and collaboration.
- Establish proficiency with software applications and share best practices with colleagues to promote consistent and confident use.
- Communication & Relationship Building:
- Ability to communicate with experienced and senior professionals, both colleagues and external counterparts.
- Build strong working relationships across the project team to support collaboration.
- Action Item Tracking:
- Monitor and follow up on project action items to ensure timely completion.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, notes, and status updates.
- Travel & Expense Coordination:
- Book team travel arrangements in compliance with company policies.
- Manage expense submissions and approvals.
- General Administrative Support:
- Assist with scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars by prioritizing requests, anticipating conflicts, and resolving scheduling challenges.
- Monitor project timekeeping submissions, follow up to ensure timely entry, and support approval to ensure accuracy and compliance with established processes
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships across teams.
- Support project managers with ad hoc tasks as needed.
