Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination & Field Operations

- Program Delivery: Plan and monitor progress of HVAC projects according to defined schedules, resource plans, and contractual deliverables. Plan and monitor program execution

- Resource Allocation: Manage field crews (installers), coordinating appointments, coverage changes, and workload distribution across multiple sites.

- Progress Monitoring: Monitor project progress, identify potential bottlenecks or delays, and proactively implement solutions to ensure deadlines are met.

- Documentation: Maintain rigorous project documentation, including executive-ready reports, program updates, client education materials, and compliance records.

Qualifications and Skills

- Education: Bachelor Degree

- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to draft "executive-ready" materials and proposals.

- Negotiation: Effective negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, contractors, and clients.

- Independence: Ability to independently manage multiple activities at various locations and strictly meet deadlines.

- Technical Asset: Knowledge of HVAC systems, heat pumps, or energy audit programs (e.g., Greener Homes Grant) is considered a significant asset.

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
