We are seeking a driven and experienced Project Manager to join our Project Management Office (PMO) and help drive excellence across complex, cross-functional initiatives.

As a Project Manager at EWN, you will:
• Lead and manage multiple complex projects or programs across cross-functional teams
• Facilitate project planning, execution, and delivery using industry best practices and PMO standards
• Align projects with organizational strategy to ensure measurable business outcomes and ROI
• Lead project meetings, manage stakeholder communication (including executive-level visibility as needed), and ensure accountability for deliverables
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks while proactively driving solutions and continuous improvement
• Collaborate with Scrum Masters and product teams to embed Agile practices, efficiency, and accountability into workflows
• Build and maintain PMO tools, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms to track performance, timelines, and outcomes
• Manage budgets, timelines, scope, and change requests to ensure successful project delivery
• Develop business cases and project briefs with increasing ownership and independence
• Train, coach, and mentor team members on project management practices
• Contribute to establishing the PMO as a center of excellence across the organization
• Support software development projects and demonstrate strong understanding of Agile/Scrum practices
• Drive adoption of efficient workflows and best practices across departments
• 5–7+ years of experience in project management, Scrum Master, or related roles
• Strong experience managing complex projects and cross-functional teams
• Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum practices, and project management frameworks
• Experience managing stakeholders and communicating effectively across all levels of the organization
• Strong skills in risk management, problem-solving, and decision-making
• Experience using project management tools (e.g., MS Project) and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• PMP certification or the ability to obtain certification within one year
• Agile certification or progress toward advanced certification (preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Experience working within a SaaS organization or managing software development projects
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies in product development environments
• Proven track record of exceeding performance goals and KPIs
• Experience working in the oil, gas, or energy industry

Location:
Hybrid role with office, home office, and client visits
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8-hour shift between 7:00 AM and 5:30 PM CT
